You can also print, fill the form and bring to us.
You will be contacted within 48 hours and notified of your qualification.

Following is a list of required items. Please bring these when you come in person.

  • Driver's License
  • Social Security Card
  • Pay Stub

Required Application Fee and Deposit:

  • $40.00 non-refundable application fee.
  • $100.00 refundable deposit to be applied to your security deposit upon acceptance or returned to you if you do not qualify.

Important Note: If you cancel your application for any reason after 72 hours of applying, no refunds will be made.


Requirements for Qualification:

  • Income:
    The gross (before tax) income for one week should equal the rent for the month.
     
  • Tenant History:
    Your last landlord was paid on time and in full.
    You have given proper notice in accordance with your lease.
    There are no complaints of noise or poor housekeeping.
    No landlord has filed against you in district court.
     
  • Credit:
    You must have some good credit.
     
  • Criminal Record:
    Criminal background checks are run on every applicant.
